Toy Car Race Track Privacy Policy
Summary
Toy Car Race Track does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no online features. Everything happens on your headset.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information of any kind. Toy Car Race Track does not ask for, read or store your name, email address, contacts, location, voice, images, or any identifier from your device or your Meta account.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves gameplay data locally on your headset: your track layout (the position of every track piece, toy and car you place and your chosen track colour) in a save file inside the app's private storage with a backup copy, plus your music choice, race settings (laps and rival difficulty) and your best lap times in the standard application preferences. This data never leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
3. How information is used
The locally stored data is used only to restore your track, your records and your settings the next time you play. It is not used for profiling, advertising or any other purpose.
4. Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone. No data is sent to Citiview Studios, to Meta beyond what the Meta Quest platform itself handles under Meta's own privacy policy, or to any third party. The app makes no network connections of its own.
5. Retention
Your saved track, records and settings are retained on your headset until you clear the floor from the in-game menu, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Because we never receive any data, we retain nothing.
6. Children
Toy Car Race Track does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. There is no user-generated content shared with others, no chat and no online interaction.
7. Permissions
The app requests only the permissions the Meta Quest platform requires to run a virtual reality application (head and controller tracking). It does not request microphone, camera, location or storage permissions. The build includes the standard internet permission that the Unity engine adds by default, but Toy Car Race Track itself makes no network connections and sends no data anywhere. The app does not request or use eye tracking.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
